A Healthier You

Pump is a class designed to improve your body strength and burn fat. 

It is a low weight, high repetition, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. 

It is suitable for everyone. If you are new to weight training, the difficulty can be easily adapted by starting with lower weights on the bar. 

This group class will help you achieve much more than if you were training on your own.

Booty 

Strength & Stamina

A 30 minute lower body resistance training class, targeting bum, legs and core. Using weights, body weight and cardio, this class will leave you feeling toned and sweaty! Having a strong lower body can help improve posture and prevent injury.

I enjoy personal training sessions and Denny classes when she used to live in London, I have learnt so much about my body over the last 10 years with her.
